Το αλεύρι σόγιας εκτός από πρωτεΐνες, περιέχει όλες τις βιταμίνες του συμπλέγματος Β, ασβέστιο, φώσφορο, κάλιο, μαγνήσιο & σίδηρο. Επίσης περιέχει σε ικανοποιητικά ποσοστά λινολεϊκό οξύ, το ακόρεστο λιπαρό οξύ που είναι απαραίτητο για τον οργανισμό.
