Δεντρολίβανο το Φαρμακευτικό. Επιστημονική ονομασία: Rosmarinus Officinalis. Περιγραφή: Αειθαλής, πολύ αρωματικός θάμνος, ύψους έως 2 μ., της οικογένειας Χειλανθών. Φυτό μελιτογόνο που προτιμούν ο μέλισσες. Απαντάται και με τα ονόματα Αρισμαρί, Ροσμαρί, Λασμαρί, Λιβανόδεντρο. Καταγωγή: Μεσογειακές ζώνες. Ιστορία: Συνδεδεμένο επί αιώνες και με τη μαγειρική αλλά δημοφιλές και στη λαϊκή ιατρική.
