Βράζουμε ένα κουταλάκι φύλλα και σπόρους γλυκάνισου σε ένα φλιτζάνι νερό. Σουρώνουμε και πίνουμε.* Για τους κολικούς βράζουμε ένα κουταλάκι σπόρους σε ένα ποτήρι γάλα για 10 λεπτά..* Βράζοντας αποξηραμένους καρπούς από γλυκάνισο σε νερό μπορούμε να ετοιμάσουμε ένα αφέψημα το οποίο αποτελεί ένα ήπιο καθαρτικό.* Σαν έγχυμα. Μία κουταλιά σπασμένους σπόρους σε ένα ποτήρι βραστό νερό.
