Καφές Στιγμιαίος

Ο καφές είναι ένα παγκόσμια διαδεδομένο ρόφημα, το οποίο κατασκευάζεται από τα καβουρδισμένα και αλεσμένα σπέρματα της καφέας ή καφεόδεντρου. Ο καφές έχει αναζωογονητική δράση, η οποία οφείλεται στο βασικό του συστατικό, την καφεΐνη, ένα αλκαλοειδές συστατικό που υπάρχει στους σπόρους των καρπών του.

O στιγμιαίος καφές σε σκόνη, είναι το προϊόν του καφέ το οποίο με λίγο ζεστό νερό διαλύεται τέλεια απελευθερώνοντας και όλο το άρωμα που περικλείει.

Επίσης ο μειωμένος όγκος και το μικρότερο βάρος του προϊόντος κατά τη μεταφορά σε σχέση με τον ακατέργαστο καφέ (ολόκληροι κόκκοι καφέ ή κομμένοι) διευκολύνει σημαντικά τη διάδοση του. Η σκόνη  προτιμήθηκε από τους παραγωγούς και τους καταναλωτές για την ευκολία με την οποία διαλύονται στο ζεστό νερό και για το έλεγχο που επιτυγχάνεται στην ποσότητα που θα χρησιμοποιηθεί.
