Κόκκινη Κινόα (Βιολογική)

Η Κινόα καλλιεργήθηκε και χρησιμοποιήθηκε από τους ανθρώπους των Inca από το 5000 π.Χ. ως η δεύτερη κύρια τροφή μετά την πατάτα.
Περιέχει 20 απαραίτητα αμινοξέα, ενώ η ποιότητα των πρωτεϊνών που περιέχει ταιριάζει πολύ με εκείνες του γάλακτος. Ο σπόρος της κινόα προσομοιάζει με αυτόν των παντζαριών και του σπανακιού.

Η κινόα  είναι μια εξαιρετική τροφή για παιδιά και ηλικιωμένους.
