Ο πελτές ή ντοματοπελτές είναι συστατικό που παρασκευάζεται από ντομάτες και είναι χρήσιμο στην μαγειρική. Η παρασκευή του πελτέ γίνεται με την απομάκρυνση των υγρών από τις ντομάτες, την αποφλοίωσή τους. Στη συνέχεια ο πολτός ντομάτας ζεστέται ξανά μέχρι να φύγουν τα υγρά και μετά τοποθετείται στο φούρνο με μυρωδικά. Αυτό που μένει είναι ο πελτές.
