Μπαχάρι Αλεσμένο

Το μπαχάρι είναι μοναδικό μπαχαρικό με πικάντικο άρωμά που χαρίζει γεύση σε πολλές συνταγές. Το μπαχάρι είναι το πιο παραδοσιακό υλικό που γενικά χρησιμοποιούμε στην Ελληνική κουζίνα.

Η σκόνη μπαχαριού χρησιμοποιείται σε μαγειρευτά όπως το στιφάδο αλλά αξίζει να το δοκιμάσετε και σε διάφορες σάλτσες, στο κοτόπουλο, στα κεφτεδάκια και στις πατάτες φούρνου,για μαρινάδες με κυνήγι, για το πάστωμα των αλλαντικών (τύπου παστό ή λούζα) και οι Γερμανοί το χρησιμοποιούν και στα περισσότερα λουκάνικά τους.Το μπαχάρι είναι ένα από τα πιο απαραίτητα συστατικά για να φτιάξετε πίκλες. Επίσης μπορούμε να το ενσωματώσουμε ακόμη και σε γλυκά που περιέχουν μέλι. Ταιριάζει με τη σοκολάτα και τον καφέ.

Το μπαχάρι επειδή έχει αναισθητικές ιδιότητες χρησιμοποιείται για την παρασκευή πολλών αλοιφών, που ανακουφίζουν από τον πόνο.Ακόμα, το μπαχάρι καταπολεμά τον πονοκέφαλο και τον πονόδοντο.Καταπραΰνει τους μυϊκούς πόνους ή τους πόνους της αρθρίτιδας. Χρησιμοποιείται όμως και ως μικροβιοκτονο (ευγενόλη) και αρωματικό ενάντια στην κακοσμία και τον ιδρώτα.Τα αιθέρια έλαιά του χρησιμοποιούνται στην αρωματοθεραπεία για την αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων όπως: αρθρίτιδα, βήχας, κράμπες, κατάθλιψη, κούραση, στρες.
